Path Connect is a 12-week accelerator taught by Dom Farnan, Founder of DotConnect™, focused on helping you become a top Talent Recruiter in a variety of in-demand industries including Tech, Startups and more.

The next 12-week course begins on July 1, 2021. By September 30, 2021, you’ll be ready to begin recruiting for top talent at any TA firm.

Now. The best time to start this program is July 1 because the final quarter of the year, starting the day after this program ends, is the busiest recruiting quarter of every year. Start this summer and be on a new professional path before the holidays!

At the end of the program, you will be able to identify, source and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches. You will also be able to provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations. You’ll have a deeper understanding of how to handle sensitive material and topics of conversation. And finally, you’ll learn how to review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

The Accelerator costs $1250 (unless you joined us before June 1 and caught the early bird pricing!) and if you want to include monthly 1:1 calls with Dom Farnan in the Mentorship Accelerator, the total investment is $1575.
